- This is the dumbest thing I've ever done.
I challenged myself to complete ALL of Tainted Lost's checkmarks in a single, unbroken stream. No sleeping or turning off the stream until every checkmark is done. I do not recommend doing this.

Fun fact about black markets on Lost/ Tainted lost. If you can get one with a reroll machine or have a reverse judgement you can get up to 5 free items. Depending on how many rerolls you can get as it acts just like a shop which can lead to some big rigging potential. The more ya know for the future

This was a dope video! I do think the teleportation mod is a really big advantage since it saves you so much time. Enjoyed the runs anyway, big respect for completing this challenge man!
the TP mod adds the estimated time it'd take to walk to your TP destination to the timer, so it just saves the tedium of running around the map while rigging

Hey man congrats on this massive achievement but I have to say that mod you use to teleport kinda made it too easy to get boss rush and hush because jumping from one side of a floor to another might save you 30 secs every time you used it making it really easy to min/max without losing a lot of time, but you did have high dmg so you prob would have made it anyway.

@@Birim.I have the mod and it doesn't add to the timer. Maybe there is a different version than I'm aware of.
There is an alternate version of Good Trip you can get called Fair Trip which is basically like the original mod but tweeks things to make it more balanced like taking account the time for teleporting
It didn't really save that much time though, you rarely need those 30 seconds to get to boss rush

Idk how to feel about the modding, I understand the item room spawn and teleporting, however having visual cues for Angel attacks and worms seems like too much. It sucks to lose a beast run when you forget the fool card, but that's what it is, a lost run. Regardless, great video/achievement and I learned a few new tricks.
I kinda agree about the laser warning, but I really don't see it as cheating to spawn the fool card. It's not like the big challenge of fighting the beast is supposed to be remembering to blow up a rock, it's just a stupid mechanic that's easy to forget. That's how I see it anyways. And thanks!
@Ujary As someone with absolutely terrible ADHD and no medication; I consider minor use of the development console for the purpose of spawning forgotten quest items an "accessibility setting".

I'm personally completely cool with the mods for this because it's just a dumb challenge run on an account that already has all TLost checkmarks
Personally, the only mods I've gotten are quality of life things that I believe should already be in the game, External Item Desc being the biggest one, but stuff like enhanced boss bars and boss rush wave counter as well.
While the brimstone/revelation warning is a great addition, I personally wouldn't use it since distinguishing telegraphed attacks is part of Isaac's core values.
Fair is different telegraphed attacks that must be learned
Bullshit is when you have no idea what an item does and it completely destroys your run.

It wouldn't be a true Binding of Isaac session if 1st run wasn't a god run lost to skill issue
For reference, the video was great and it was very entertaining, but I think if I were specifically looking for a super hard challenge vid, I would've been kinda disappointed. The treasure room spawn I honestly understand, since it barely changes anything considering as T-lost you kinda wanna hold R until you have at least something decent anyway, but the fast travel mod definitely felt like it tainted the challenge, considering room hazards while backtracking are a part of the t-lost experience, even if a frustrating one, since it makes every single second of the run have actual tension, and the console use was definitely cheaty; sure you forgot the card, but mistakes, even slip-ups, have consequences, even more for T-lost. Don't get me wrong, you can play the game however you enjoy it and as mentioned the video was great anyway, but as a challenge specifically, it felt kinda half baked.

I just found this and I haven’t finished watching this yet but the pacing/editing of this is really god damn good.
I’ve been craving to play some Isaac after not playing it for a long long time doing what you’re essentially doing with T-Lost. I’m playing all the characters again and getting all of their Post-It completion marks once more! But on a Dead God File. I can even get to experience some of the updated/fixed characters that I missed!
I’ve spent 4+ Hours with updated T-Jacob ( Who I find sadistically fun still. ) And ended up finishing boss rush, mom’s heart, and hush….
At least I’ll have this audio to ease the pain!

T lost is the hardest character if you have everything unlocked for it but normal lost is the hardest base character with no unlocks

Lately I've been trying to do Eden streaks on stream, and I've noticed my item luck is pretty damn shit now lmao, so the luck in this is probably due to tainted Lost's "better items", although I've also experienced getting a lot of trash while playing him lol🤷♂️
