if you don't wanna do tainted lazarus and REALLY hate yousrself, you could do the old tainted jacob (back when esau was killable and you couldn't pick up health in lost mode). idk if there's a mod to do that or if you'd have to play an old version though

personally, when i play isaac for more than 2 hours i lose patience and play like a moron, but its crazy how u didnt lose ur sanity playing the same character for 13 hours.

I actually did a similar thing (didn’t stop playing T. Jacob until i completed his hard checkmarks) and it was absolutely hell. the only thing that made it possible was the mod that adds the marked effect to his charge, so you can see where he’s charging

I think it shows a duality between the characthers, with Tlost you wanna play slow and careful, as TJacob you want to play fast and not get hit by Dark Esau. Honestly rigging with TJacob is way harder because of that fucker

Now do this and tainted lost again without the cheating mod that tells you where every brimstone attack is, you say it's just the angels in this video but I've noticed it with every brimstone attack so it's pretty cheap tbh and makes you seem less skillful than you are for using such a mod in the first place.
In 29:00 you could use [Glowing Hourglass] to keep [Lovers?] , when you need [R key] just pop it in another secret room.
