I have an 2010 avalanche and did the muffler delete with a 3 inch pipe on it but the resenator is still on idk if I should cut it will it make a difference of the sound ??
Off my experience with the muffler delete it had less drone compared to when I had my MBRP muffler. Yes it had more rumble inside the truck, but overall slightly less drone. It all comes down to how well you can fabricate your exhaust system to have perfect connections throughout the system.
@@rusinperformance you and I are in about the same spot. Muffler delete and leveling kit are all I've done. I left the resonator though which I dont mind

Tried this for a week.... dropped in a magnaflow.... much better tone and sound. Delete was WAY too annoying at highway speed.
Ironically my dad just got an avalanche. But his is a 04 2500 with a 8.1 big block v8 lol.

Getting rid of the resonator will absolutely change the sound

No cats is extremely loud. It will crackle and pop. Muffler delete is useable for daily life.

No other mods besides a leveling kit on 32s.
