I brought up 2 kids single handed, no inheritance, highest salary was briefly 30 lakhs . 2 kids educated, settled, own house, portfolio 50, 2 more properties. Very very frugal life. Kids helped tok by being frugal. Its possible but you have to watch very carefully

That's still a big salary I must say... When we say small we meant slow growth for regular people... Who work for 10 years but their salary is still under 50k per month
Regular people? Working for 10 years and if the start is at 3 lacs then that person is definitely a fool not regular if they make less than 50k after 10 years..and not just IT any for that matter. Even just a 10% hike for 10 years will make it 64k. These conversations are meant for people who are competent at what they are doing. If they are after 10 years they will get paid at least 70-80k per month easily and probably manage other people in the team.
Why do you want to learn about finance & investment from someone who is earning 50k after working for 10 years! What knowledge or smartness they will have to share with others. Please aim higher in life and learn to learn good practices from 'successful' people! 😊
@@sagar.7750 Saving 1 Lakh from a 1.5 LPM salary is much easier than saving 20k on a 50k salary. The 50k LPM guy won't even be able to cover his needs in 30k. It is very hard to remove needs to save more. 1.5 LPM guy can get his needs covered in 50k and can save much more by not spending money on his wants. The 50k guy is the one who we need to follow as some of the Needs of the 1.5 LPM guy may just be a "Want" for him

The title should be changed to "How Did they Make CRORES with a Low Salary? " - it becomes very easy if you have earning and cooperative spouse. There is added tax benefit as well compare to earning alone

What about Govt Employees? They don't even get increment in salary 10% yearly. His starting salary was average but later it increased multifold. I work in Telangana employee ppf department a few months back in my office a meeting conducted about income level of India you know what out of 140 crores of population in India 100 cr earn less than 10k per month remaining 25 cr people earn between 10 k to 50k and only 15 cr people earn more than 15 cr people earn more than 50k and more 😮

He earned all of these in 14 years. His yearly income is less than 10 lakh barely he is paying tax of 70 thousand per years. This money is diveded into 14 years never comes under 30% tax. Basically he is saying about savings. Several other calculations comes under long term capital gain, CA solves every aspects.
60k Leverage Position is not a smart approach he can use the same money to Top up an additional small cap sip, in the long run it would turn out to be less volatile investment with less supervision than the leveraged one or will burn his hand and then learn. Continuing with 1.8L a month SIP and topping it up will create insane money in next 10-15 years.

@@gauravshukla1916 doesn't happen when ctc is 15+ bt iska 8 LPA tha, he was underpaid so one of the reason of getting this hike. One of my colleague with 6 LPA in HCL got 22 LPA from adobe because they couldn't pay him less than 22 as per companies pay grade defined for that Role.

Low salary means Rs 10,000 - 30,000. Please bring a person who has invested in mutual funds . Most investors are earning approx Rs 25,000. Be practical and research before bringing these fat earning people's.
