    My laptop model DELL is Dell Inspiron 15 3000 and suddenly it was dormant. As you explained, I go through the mother board and found. no 5V_PWR in points and no D3V_PWR
    Therefore I removed R3801 resistor, after that 3D3V_S5 was present and fond 3D3V_S5_PCH side is dead short. What could be the problem.

      It's mostly PCH issue...check PCH impedance and it's shorting.

Supply out ho rahi h waha pe jo 2 mosfet use kiya gaya h uske gate pe jo supply Mil rahi h ic se wo kya 3v ke liye gate par 3v aur 5v ke liye gate par 5v jo ic me likha gaya h utni hi honi chahiye yea agar usse Jada ban rahi h jyese ki 10v yea usse Jada ban rahi h to kya us ic ko kharab mani jayegi...??????

      You can see it in detasheet ALSO. Output is only PWM ON HIGH SIDE FET AND LOW SIDE FET.

      Dono condition ho skti h. Kbhi 3,5 ALWAYS hta h kbhi SUSPEND hta hai. Depending on the architecture 👍

      Now exactly. There should be proper PWM frequency that should govern the all the logic before generating the coil supply 👍

      Remove capacitor of both the LDO pins and check whether problem persists or not.

      where is shorting? use cold checking if 19v is short apply 2 to 3 volt and check which component is heating up
      and also check p2808 boost regulater that could be foulty
