I never really realised how good the A10 would be for this night raid. I mean from gameplay perspective the A10 doesn't make as much noise compared to other jets and its engines don't emit light on full throttle. Although this may be because I'm an A10-fan and haven't tested other planes on this mission yet.

I prefer SU-47 for that mission. Payload is still more than enough to anihilate tha base along with reinforcements & it's way easier to chase the escaping aerial units (if any are left, they withdraw towards the end of the mission)

I like they threw that out the window. Sure it's unrealistic, and even then it's still the slowest aircraft by far, but it makes it usable at least. In previous game, I found myself unable to use the A-10 because of just how (realistically) slow it is.

This was amazing. I tried speedrunning the canyon in an X-02 and did it in around 2 minutes. You beat me in an A-10. Mad.

Memorized a few paths, yeah, not all the towers. I use a Dualshock 4 - Ace Combat is really better suited for controllers than joysticks.

They threw away realism to make it more viable, and i'm glad they did - I rarely ever used it in previous games, which was a shame.
