I'm so glad I'm not the only person that collects otherwise useless electronics just to see ,at a later date and time of course, how insane of a sound stage I can create
The eclipse that you have in the whole video is a bad ass amp if it doesn't work it's something you'd want to get fixed if it's within reason to fix it like I wouldn't put more then $300 total into the amp
@@Bangbro4000 this actually brings a question to mind, what's your take on attaching equipment to the side of sub boxes? Obviously you wouldn't want to block the equipment from breathing but would your amps and equipment be susceptible to premature failure due to vibration from the subs and if so is there any kinda measures you can take to better prevent that from happening? I know most would recommend just building an amp rack but that's not practical in a vehicle that still sees regular use and you'd like to save as much trunk space as possible
@@Valverde713have you considered mounting your amp inside your cabin somewhere? You just need to change up the wiring but thats not too bad of a job. Plenty of amps will fit under your front seats, then you only need the sub in the trunk and the amp won’t fall apart from the sub shaking it continuously. To answer your question, yes the subwoofer would slowly dismantle the amplifier if it’s mounted directly to the sub box. Even if it’s mounted very tightly, the components inside of it will slowly rattle apart.
@@harrisp584 I've just never ran an amp under a seat in a car before it won't fit under a front seat and just kinda under the seat it wouldn't be able to breath in the Texas heat. Thought about maybe mounting in behind the interior trim panels in the trunk. Just figured I ask though always heard mounting to the box was bad just never tried it myself
“I Jew’d him down to 40” 🤣 that’s hilarious. Love the vids man!

In this beautiful day and canceled culture I don't know if I would be making the Jew ed statement😅
He said chew. Not Jew
