I tend to feel rushed with my knitting because I not only enjoy the process of knitting, but I'm also so excited to make so many pieces and build my wardrobe. I am trying to not compare myself to other knitters as well, and just enjoy each piece as it comes and be intentional about my projects and what it means for my wardrobe ☺️ I also comfort myself with knowing that being slower on finishing my knits also means I'm knitting longer but not spending as much money to knit as I otherwise would lol. Loved your pieces! Looking forward to seeing what you make in 2023 🎉
You’ve done an amazing job! Don’t compare yourself to others. Knitting should be enjoyable and relaxing. Looking forward to your videos in 2023

if it hasn't been suggested, you could also single crochet or slip stitch one row around the whole granny square piece as a border and it would cinch/pull in the sides a little and might be easier than adding elastic! when crocheting cups for tops i've seen/done this and it really helps :) adding decreases every 3 stitches while adding that border row will cinch it in even tighter as well!
thank you for the suggestion!! it's honestly hilarious that it's been so many months and i still haven't fixed the top LOL but i'm definitely going to try either this or using elastic thread!

What wool did you use for the purple cicely top
