Service cost is less than innova but if any part is required to change, U will have to adjust your monthly budget. It is a masterpiece and darling but expensive to maintain. Today selling my Gloster. Spend 2.5 lakhs in 8 months.

People Judge the lag thing because it has two engine options people buy the base models and get the single turbo which is underpowered but the twin turbo version gets the job done pretty well and its fast enough
I had test driven the car a few weeks ago. I felt the car is highly under powered. Such a huge car and it's just a 2 litre engine. Probably a 2.5 or 3 litre engine would have been apt considering it's as huge as a landcruzer. Also the reverse camera is a big downer. The resolution is very poor. But overall the car packs a punch and is giving Fortuner a run for its money.

Much as you eulogise it is the sale that counts. Market has not embraced it.The car barely breaks monthly 230 unit mark. Dec 2023 figure is only 140 units. MG has to rethink the strategy. If you don't sell you need to slash your price drastically or else very soon this Gloster will disappear. Competitors have left behind little for Gloster

Beware, MG Gloster is a really bad product. Spends more time in the workshop than with us. Requires so many part replacements- Screen, A/C and its components, Sensors, 2 battery replacements in 3 years, 3 Alternator replacements in 3 years, pipes around the sunroof, A/C grill and knob breakdown. Every rain, the water seeps inside the car. Stalls on the road and we have to get crane to send it to the worship. USB hangs so frequently. We're only keeping the car since we had taken the extended warranty. Otherwise, it's a dangerous car to own considering its cost of maintenance and high need of parts replacement.
Honestly, i like this combination better than the Black storm. The great goes amazing with the grey shade. Love this Gloster in the colour.
