Thanks for the review! I’m very picky about my pens and have yet to find the perfect one :-). By the way, FriXion is pronounced the same as “friction”. It takes warmth from friction to make the ink disappear, hence the name.
Oh, wow! This was a pretty thorough review. I love sketching with technical pens (the “old” RapidoGraph or KohINoor drafting pens). I can get a super fine line (pretty insanely fine for technical details). They do require maintenance, or you have to use them all the time so the ink doesn’t dry. So, for no maintenance pens - I use the following: When I do use felt tips, I really like the way Sharpies (Ultra Fine) draw; the way they feel as well, but my sketchbooks (or my sketches) have the Sharpie smell for quite a while. I have been using Microns lately to avoid the lingering smell. Nice video. I enjoyed it! (Always do).
Pilot V5 = THE best!! Not only provides crazy high precision/control, for the msot neat handwriting or drawing, it's ink is also water coluble, and can be used as such for sketching. It comes in many colors too, which adds to the overall versatility and greatness of this pen.
I’ve never tried the Zebra Sarasa (I’m not sure how it’s spelled). I’ll try it out (for sketching and lettering). This has to be THE definitive pen video! I love your videos! Relaxing. Entertaining. Informative! Very informative!
Hello Jenny, I'm here to tell you that I have two petitions related to Crayola. One about redesigning the 120 box. The other is about bringing back the thirteen retired colors. So I was wondering if you can promote them to me. Check replies for links.
Girl, no offense, but I think you need to lay off the Xanax at least when you're gonna record a video lol or whatever is making your voice so draggy and droopy.

The Microns did so good! I’ll have to check out the others you mentioned.

Staedtler makes fineliners that are similar to the Stabilo fineliners.
I will have to look for those!
Somehow I don't think the video is impartial. Whether intentionally or not is a different issue.
What test was not impartial?
I was honestly surprised and had not picked a winner beforehand.

Thanks a lot for this thorough overview!

Just because you write "no offense" doesn't make your message less rude. It is rude as hell to make those assumptions about her.
I just reported this comment for harassment and I hope everyone else who sees it does the same.
