In Episode 37, Painter and Decorator Kev @PaintWarrior sat down with us and discussed the brutal impact of Knife Crime in the UK, and how it can even affect tradesmen in the construction industry.
Kev had a challenging upbringing. Alcohol and crime was sending him into a self destructive spiral, eventually putting him in front of a judge and looking at 5 years in prison at the age of 17.
Kev describes how whilst trying to turn his life around by starting his own painting and decorating business within the trades, he was attacked by a gang and stabbed 8 times.
Kev, having miraculously survived, now makes it a point to live a life worth living through both his trade work and family.
