Allocating funds to provide those resources would lessen the burden of running the clock out on clean ups.

Here in Germany, an announcement was made and he has 5 minutes to pack up everything otherwise it all ends up in the garbage truck. You are being far too lenient with them because it costs you time and you probably have more important things to do than supervise the homeless garbage dumps. The police and park rangers say thank you to all the cleaners, you do a good job and anyone who says otherwise is lying, what broken guys. Now I know why the cleaning teams need the police with all the bartenders and homeless people who like to get drunk.

I used to take Mom and my little nieces and nephews to Venice Beach. Years later and very last time I went, I took Mom and my son when he was little, I was so embarrassed about that place. I regretted taking my son. That place turned to a dump. It used to be chilled and a cool place to do a little shopping, eat a slice on the strand, or sit down in a restaurant and enjoy people watching. There used to be surfers and hippies but laid back and respectful. People smoked their weed respecting the crowd. THAT place is out of control. The famous beautiful California Venice Beach is a thing of the past. The Killer Shrimp was definitely the spot for good good eats 😊.
With all those big empty places and hundreds of used overseas shipping containers I think making small units in them and putting them in their own communities

Looking at this particular individual I saw someone whose path took an extremely drastic turn... Perhaps at some time in their life she dreamed of art or was an artist in their own right...I heard direct from a recovered addict who told me it only took once..just once and that's terrifying. He got sober for his children he had to and the transformation was remarkable. The horrible irreversible toll addiction takes on the brain. I'm not CA I'm a few thousand miles away the faces are the same, sad is you can distinguish a tweaker from alcoholic just by the sound of their voice or facial changes It is something I never thought to ever see. My granddaughters mother was waiting in the car last night for my son to return when she called saying someone was outside of the vehicle ( it was on ) and I already know she has a fear of the dark I just don't know why that is... My son and I questioned if it was dramatics but no, because he looked out my window and yeah there was indeed someone out there .. I sleep with my sidearm next to me...crazy is the world
