If you get grabbed by the three fingers before Melina sacrifices herself, you get a different scene at the flame of the giants and an extra scene during the ending. Could try that during your NG+ stream.
She has a really high resistance to rot but she isn’t immune to it . She is the goddess of rot but in her lore the rot is slowly destroying her body still .

For the frenzied flame ending, one thing I want to note is that you fought Vyke of the frenzied flame, his armor was marked with the prints of the three figners of the frenzied flame. my theory is that this is why you had to remove all your armor to be granted audience. Vyke was singed by the flame, but it failed to find purchase within him, when you remove your armor you provide them direct contact and take the flame within yourself
That explains why his War Spear is imbued by the Frenzied Flame too right? Maybe Vyke was on guard and discovered the 3 Fingers by accident, burning his spear and marking his armor

Frenzied Flame my favorite & very satisfying after running a faith build. Starting off as a prophet envisioning the tree burning, then actually becoming that fire, hits really well for me.
“Ranni’s Dark Moon? Oh, that’s just like Rennala! Oh, even further _proof_ that they’re actually related, that’s actually kind of cool.” I mean, multiple characters plainly state that they’re mother and daughter, not to mention all the info throughout the game regarding their relationship, but I guess you’re right. It is a nice connection that they have similar signature spells.
The frenzy flame was my second ending because I think it’s more canonical than the others, excluding rannis ending. Doing all the side quests the only people that were still alive, not fucked up, or still in the mortal realm of existence (ranni and the alburnac woman) was the small jar, kenneth, and nepheli. If the player didn’t vibe with ranni then they deadass lost almost everyone they had a connection with, depending on the person that’s grounds for mass extinction.
Well it's either that or you fuck off with ranni and leave the world to go to shit. Or repair the elden ring and literally nothing changes and the world continues going to shit on its own.
Afro should definitely take a look at the seemless coop and enemy randomizer. Just based off seeing him playing with others in elden ring and other games i think it would be hella fun

I expected him to have the easiest time with bosses like Radahn, Radagon, and Malenia because he had so much time to memorize their movements. In fact, he actually started out pretty good with Malenia at first until he started trying to cheese her. I feel like the most reliable way to beat a difficult boss is to use the mechanics that the game is built upon rather than some broken as spell or ash of war that can either one shot the boss or end up getting you one shotted because you missed.

If you wanna do the side quest, it’s the guy you feed the deathroot to, give him 9 I think and after he attacks you, I think you can let him live at half health and then later when you fight malekith I think a new dialogue is unlocked, I may be misremembering things but I do think that’s the side quest you were told about
As a helpful tip for elden ring I always found it easier to put my flasks on the y menu so you can just press y and a directional button to heal because it's way quicker in my opinion
13:15 There was no glitch here. What you did was unlock all waypoints. Some waypoints like queens bedchamber right before margott/godfrey, as well as the waypoint that spawns after margott/godfrey are named exactly the same way in both the burned and unburnt capitals. When you went for the actual godfrey first you prob went to the ashen capital version, hence you fought him. Then when you went for the gold shade godfrey you ended up in the unburnt capital version and hence you fought him instead of gideon. Then going back to the bedchamber/throne you were in the unburnt capital still so you fought margott instead of godfrey. Its not possible for this to happen in a regular playthrough, but it is possible when you use cheats or mods to unlock all waypoints to do a boss rush like this.
Btw Afro the big turtle and 2nd stage renala (who is an illusion made by ranni) confirm ranni radan and rykard are the children of radagon/Marika and ranalla
Just a bit of info, the second time you fought rennala in the moon landscape, that was actually a spell by ranni which is why it’s named ranni’s moon. Also why after you fight that version of rennala you end up in the castle again and she’s just there chillin.
