Irritating experience. The app doesn’t responding on Location, gas amount of a car over 100 miles away . The app can be working for 2-3 hrs the went freezing for next 5 hrs . Even now when car is driven it shows the engine is off. What if your kid went driving or a car stolen …… and you see on a app it’s parked inna garage ?

I bought a pre-owned kia and the past owner had already created a profile so now it doesn't let me acces my kia thru the app.
You can call Kia connect to have them removed
