  • Today I’m showing you guys how you can make butter without a churn, in fact, without any equipment at all! I’m only using a jam jar!

Thank you! I have 3 gallons in my fridge and was going to make cheese today and my husband asked for butter instead lol. I been waiting for a separator. I tried skimming it before but was taking to much room in my fridge with large shallow bowls. Great to know I can just skim off the top from my 1/2 gallon jars each day and put the cream in the freezer until I have enough to make butter

Hey Carl, awesome. I didn't know you can make butter without the equipment. That's so cool. Keen to see the cream separator in action too.

I don't like any goaty taste and relieved our fresh milk tastes good. Someone told me I can't make cheese with milk if it has been frozen but you're saying otherwise. Would the cheese have that goaty taste I hate if I use frozen milk? Any recommendations on cheese type?

How'd the cream machine work out?

Honestly I never really spent the time to work it out.
We still have it and I will try and get to grips with it at some point in the future when I get round to it.

Have you ever noticed tiny oil droplets separating from any goat milk product? I’m starting to worry I’ve been buying fake goat milk
