Hey Jackson I love the video! Around how many leads who come in are rated above a 5. Like what is the percentage of leads who come in who are rated above a 5. I just don't know what is the minimum cost per live transfer I can do where its cheap for the client and I wont go under with paying lead spring.
The $97/mo plan only allows you to have one account where the $297/mo plan allows you to create unlimited sub accounts and for that reason i'd recommend the $297/mo plan.
Hey man I appreciate this A-Z breakdown. Great value content. I tried sending a DM on IG to ask you some brief questions. I was curious to find out how you price your services to understand how you deal with that fee of outsourcing the ISA. Thank you my friend
Great video man. I can tell you know what you're doing. What kind of lead magnet would I use for a home cleaning business or a carpet cleaning business?
Great value man. Quick question: How do I adapt this to a lower budget service? For example: I want to work with interior designers, but the money they're making is not that much compared to a real estate agent. So $10-$15 per lead + all the subscription fees for the platforms + ad spend is kinda hard for them to swallow. Any suggestions?
I can't directly advise you because I don't know much about the interior design niche. But I would recommend solving a problem that the niche is willing to pay lots of money for. If you can't find a painful enough problem to solve for interior designers then search in another niche.
How long is Leadspring ISA onboarding proccess take? Do they have an agreement? Do they work with only sellers or buyers too? Thank you! i would appreciate the help.
Impossible to say just based on ad spend. There’s multiple variables that come into play like the market conditions, sales cycle, agents experience, cost per lead, conversion to live transfers, etc. And most agents only work on referrals so they don’t know how to convert online leads and you end up having to coach them through it.
So how do you get the clients And a little suggestion would be helpful to me If we are targeting chiropractors here not the audience but the clients then how do we set an ads set based on that??
It's literally the same process, but instead of a list of homes as the lead magnet, you offer a quiz to a special home buyers program. This can be an FHA or VA loan and I know leadspring also accepts MLO leads.
Great stuff keep it up

Another Great video Jackson! Is the $97/mo GHL option the one we need?

Any recommendations for mortgage brokers?
How do I prevent lead spring killing my profits. My ad retainer is $750 if we call more than 150 leads than im negative! Whats your structure like??
Thanks man! For the GOLD
Can you please send that chart?
$5/lead. If they cannot convert the lead or like the lead don't respond will they gonna charge it ?

It takes anywhere from 1-3 days and they don't have an agreement. Yes, they work with sellers and buyers!
How many homes do you think an agent could sell within a month using this strategy. Assuming the budget for fb ads is $10/day? Just a rough estimate.
