@dance with rasa I have a question, i hope you read this: In my opinion styling should Not disturb the lead and follow so i Wonder how can i manage to do the flick and 1-2-3 if i get there a prep for spiral turn or enshufe there?
You do not. You only do the flick if it's a normal cross body. You know this because spiral turn prep happens on 8 before 1, so you'd know not to do the flick. Otherwise, you have time. Does that make sense ?
Sorry 😅 for me it does Not make sense, i learned from two teachers that prep is at 1 and 2, i also checked a TH-cam Video where it is explained like this 😅
@@DanceWithRasa Hi Rasa. First, I absolutely love you. I love the way you teach and you dance so beautifully. I think inside swivels. I am not sure if I even got the term right.
There are moments in the partnerwork for sure, holding hands when there's more space , when he angles you to a different direction as well. I'll try to show it in a video with partnerwork 🥰
..woww..great job! Did you know the 'jump' step is danced also in bellydancing? It's called 'Horse step':-) it could be done either 'jumped' as you showed (especially in Cane dance) or smooth raising leg (with a different feeling) which in Salsa doesn't fit that good as you mentioned.-)🤩
I love starting my day with your lesson and coffee. You made me laugh in the end 😂 Thank you for the positive vibes 💃❤️

I love this video.
Please is there a video for swivels
I'm glad you like it, can you elaborate on swivels I might just maybe on a different terminology 😉

I think I know what you mean ! I will make a video for that, how to do correct pivits on the ball of the feet 😍.
Wow...😍 I bit confused after that only I realized it's a ladies step. Can these step do gentlemen?
Yes definitely just adapt it to men's timing and where the foot is twisted in out do it more sharp less hip less feminine 😉
@@DanceWithRasa thanks 🙏
@@harshardkm285 maybe with the knee like in bachata - just more energy there
Do you think the flick would be comfortable to do with a dance partner as a follow? Or maybe better to practice if you break away for shines?

Yes ! And in Bollywood, some dances are connected and intertwined, love it 😀
