    I Rasa,
    I would like to thank you so much for taking time to come back to the basic.. For me, hips are difficult to move (and i’m shy ..!) but with you video, I will practice ! Yours explanations are very clears, you are a very good teacher !
    Take care of you ! I’m in Canada and we stay home ! 💜

    Hi Rasa, I just had one request, can you include a 10 second clip where you are dancing these moves to music, that will help us visualize and connect it better musically

    Hi Rasa, I really love the content that you are creating. It's so nice to see a good dancer execute things well and break it down. It's almost like a textbook reference :). Could you maybe do a series on all the sensual bachata movements (body rolls, side waves, Culito etc). I know you already have a couple of videos for body rolls, but maybe a series on all the other movements would be so useful. Although I dance as a leader (still a beginner though), I realize that it's so important to know these moves oneself to lead them well. And if you can borrow your friend on a series on how to lead these moves would be amazing. Thanks a lot again and keep giving birth to such great content 😃😃😃

    LOVE this! Rasa, one thing I noticed is with my arm movements, I tend not to follow through to the end, to make a nice and elegant movement. In my head I think I'm doing it right but when I film myself....aaarghhhhh!!............... So if you can think of something that would be great!! Thank you for everything you do! BIG HUGS XXX

    Hi, Rasa, for a beginner, it would help to practice just one or two of these techniques to music to master them. Five techniques at one go may be overwhelming for beginners.
    Of course l understand that many viewers may not be beginners.

    • @DanceWithRasa
      @DanceWithRasa  ปีที่แล้ว

      I understand 👍 so u can practice just 2 or 3, when you master it come back to the video for more. Take one step at a time 😇

    Hi Rasa! I have recently discovered your channel and was a great surprise! I really really love the content and you are so much fun. Thank you for all. Maybe as a suggestion I would say a video with 5 of the sexiest (but the less common, the less seen in the dance floor) bachata movements for the leader in the dance floor? (under your consideration hehe). Regards! Lidia x

    So is the hip movement the same in salsa, bachata, and merengue?

    • @DanceWithRasa
      @DanceWithRasa  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The shift of weight is the same. However, different styles move in different directions, and because of that, the hips are a bit different the way we use them. But the basic shift of weight and hip transfer is the same 😉.

      Clicking is normal pain is not, you have to make sure you warm up and light stretch before you do it, if it doesn't help consult a professional 😉

    Hello Rasa xx I was watching this video that I missed... and I'm wondering when do we actually use these hip movements ? Are these just exercises to bring more flexibility and smoothness to our movements or are they actually some real moves that we can use in our dancing?? if you could demonstrate that would be awesome!! :)

    • @DanceWithRasa
      @DanceWithRasa  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I will soon start filming some partner work videos, I think that will be helpful to explain a lot of the things 😊 usually any static on the spot hip movements have to be led by a partner, but smaller ones we can use as styling 😊

      Ok you should never have so much pain in your lower back, try to make movement smaller , less tension, take 10 precent 😊
