I love the mechanism of this blaster, I kinda wish they would do what they did with the mandalorian blaster and make a cheaper version with worse paint.
God the LMTD blasters have been so disappointing, off the top of my head there are only two cool ones: gjallarhorn, pulse rifle.
Yep. The pulse rifle is actually a quite good replica.
I think the Gjallarhorn is kinda disappointing too, the Fishbones is better to my opinion
I got the Needler. Only lmtd blaster that is worth its money in full in my opinion. Very nice electronics and shell.
I actually liked the halo ma-40 rifle, but i do plan to mod it one day to have a functional flashlight and accurate paint job. The ergonomics are actually really good. Also maybe fix something i broke when opening it up to try and see how i could add a flashlight, whoops.
@@shadowsnake5133 I forgot about that one, than one was good
I love this channel already. I’ve been trying to look for an entertaining Nerf TH-cam account ever since Coop left, and I have officially found it.
the cylinder gimmick of this blaster is kinda cool hope they make a non licenced blaster with it that works better
It does have lights, its for the "sight". One of the round things on top for "dialing it in" can twist to turn it on and off.
It’s actually from the book of boba fett/ mandalorian. He’s got a newer version
Yep. The one in ROTJ got chopped in half by Luke.
I need to have this in my arsenal!!
Great vid mate thanks
Man this looks awesome!
Wait a damn minute, YOU HAVE A NERF LOOSE CANNON!?
Looks like you could fit a fifth dart in that cylinder if you print a replacement
Ok Dr flux you seem to be getting LMTD nerf blasters the same time as me😝👍🏻👍🏻 I just got the boba fett blaster too…he was my favorite character in Star Wars!!! (I know this blaster is based on the book of boba fett series though) I have a signed poster and boba fett Star Wars action figure with Jeremy bullock’s signature….from a convention that he signed in person and I will never sell it!!!
I got one and while I love it and my kids think it is amazing, my firing of it seems even more lackluster than your test showed. I was wondering if you had any idea what kind of spring would want to try and swap out in it.
I like to think that if the limited series was all pro level or even just at 100 fps that they would be instant buys for a lot more people, but even then some of the price points are hard to justify thinking about the missed opportunities they could have made.
I don't really see the difference between these blasters and the average nerf blaster that sets the two apart aside from looks. I'm a fan of Star wars and some of the other ip's as well but it feels like the only thing you get out of these blasters aside from a product is ripped off.
They should just drop the name, and the prices for that matter, because this marketing strategy isn't fooling any adult who just thinks of nerf as a toy gun.
If these fired darts at 100fps, some people would still complain, whatever the price or branding. Like it or not, standard Nerf blasters have always been, and always will be, kid's toys, including this one. "Pro" and hobbyist blasters are a small, niche market. Hasbro's strong point is their relatively uniform performance, because kids love aesthetics and gimmicks more than outright performance. No matter which one they choose, they don't find themselves at a huge disadvantage when playing with friends. Unlike 'serious' adult matches, kids aren't usually carrying loads of mags and secondary blasters etc, so things like rate of fire, capacity and reloading tend to balance out.
Like eh Glove eh
😂
I want to mod one of these but I wouldn't know how to go about it first off
I WANT THAT SO FREAKING BAD
Did he make a vid on the loose cannon in the background
Now will it shoot half darts…I’m sure if the dart posts are removed 🤔
dope vid
I have bought for myself an Nerf Starlord Quad Blaster and painted it Screen Accurate only leave orange Tips to be con and Larp and Cosplay safe😊
So long as Hasbro wants to charge so much money for these things you might as well just get 3D printed nerf guns that will not only make it life-size but also put your expectations with limited Edition to actually be worth what you pay.
See if you can find Star Wars replica dart blasters or design files, that anyone can easily get hold of, and where the people making, selling or distributing them won't be sued by Disney for IP theft. Licencing things costs money. So whilst making a one off clone isn't going to draw attention, selling or distribution of patented and copyrighted IP will. Starting with a cease and desist letter with warning of further action should they ignore it. That's why these cost so much, but licencing is cheaper and safer than risking going to court.
would you mod it and given enough time would you make a better one
How are you
So my campus does nerf wars and recently my Nerf adventure force shotgun jammed and now is not firing consistently. Is there any saving it? Is there any blaster I can find that:
1: isn't insanely overpriced
2: can fit in my bag (so maybe a pistol, revolver, or another shotgun of some kind?)
3: has a decent amount of capacity so I don't have to re-load more than actually fire the blaster?
I myself am clueless with internals, but I’d recommend you post a video of the problem. Maybe post it in a thread or two.
Please design some printed cylinders
“Will it take a k26”😝
I am also curious about what sort of spring I may want to replace in it.
Why do all the cool and new mechanisms need to be wasted in the LMTD blasters?
Some of it depends on whether the particular mechanism or feature is unique to the original design that Hasbro have licenced from the IP holder. If it is, the IP holder, such as Disney, won't want their design being copied and used in other, non licenced products. Licencing can be a very lucrative business, and legal contracts tend to be very specific with large penalties if you breach them. Other than that, sometimes the economics just don't make certain things viable outside of themed "limited editions".
Disney where Dreams Come To Die
Except for the grip the revoltinator god even the contractor shames pretty much all but one or 2 lmtd blasters. What a joke. Ive had my eye on this one if it ever drops below $88...
Nerf blaster quality has gone so far down over the decades. everything went downhill after the long strike and that gen of blasters. Side not they need to re release the Longstrike like they did the longshot.
Give me
Wait, this is an adult collectible? This is crap.
The shells look like dog turds. Please tell me its not that brown irl and has more bronze or gold look.
Pretty lack luster looking with minimal effort put into it. Not impressed.
