    Hello Ma'am I wanted to ask you that
    I always thought and liked HR as subject when in my UG and PG. I like to study it. I found it interesting. I feel like I am a kind of person who can understand other people. And Feel like I should make my career in this and nothing else. And finally opted for it in my PG so that I can make career in it. Now I done internships two different places. I am at recruiter role. Ma'am slowly slowly I am learning about more practical. I am now not sure and excited about the role. I find it pressurised at some point of time later. Ma'am Now I somewhere doubt that is it fit for me? Or I should go something else now? Or is this difficulties arising because of companies I am going for are not so big and at very small level? I feel like I don't have skills that you talk about we should have responsibility, accountability, peers relations, interacting with people. Ma'am I like to interact with people not much even. What I do please help! I know you can help.

    I started my career as HR generalist for 2yrs.. then due to breaks in my career m getting an opportunity as Technical Recruiter from RPO..sometime m OK with that..sometime I feel like frustrated...even after seeing ur video also..I felt bad at me..I have spoiled my career roadmap , by my career break due to un avoidable circumstances like marriage.. corona then WFH to onsite job ...so I was not in position to goto site directly on daily manner again break..then again got chace in rpo then 2nd baby commitment...now m ideal...dontknow what to do further..now m looking forward to enter into hr analyst instead of getting into recruitment as target oriented job...also m looking forward wat kind of course I need to undergo...likewise... m in analysing stage now m 35yrs.

    Ma'am, how many years does it take to become VP of HR and then CHRO. What are their job roles and why are they paid so much in large companies?

    • @varshakadyan55
      @varshakadyan55  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Dear in large companies, they will ask atleast 20 or more years of exp to be at that level.. they are paid high because they are paid for the same job as that of other VP and Executive staff, "The decision making" job, they give direction to the company in terms of people. A good CHRO can take company's brand so high that everyone in the market starts talking about them, and can introduce policies and processes that employees love working with that company... and much more ...while an avg HR person might not eb able to do that..

    Just tell me how to find a job in the field of HR as BBA Graduate. Struggling to find a job and if I make a gap year then it's gonna make some impact on later stages.

    • @varshakadyan55
      @varshakadyan55  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dear, if you are looking to find HR jobs only with BBA, its obv. going top be a struggle, because people even struggle after having a MBA degree(that's the criteria for most companies).
      So if for some reason you can't do Masters in Management, then do not waste your time in looking for "full time" opportunities, rather search for good internship opportunities, criteria are relaxed there and once you get into good internship, perform your 100% and then get converted into a full time employee.. thats a faster route for you.. hope this helps, all the very best!!

      And if you want to little more in depth, study about the basic labor laws of India.
