@@Kannaji7 I'm working in a recruitment consultancy in which we need to recruit candidate for our clients. But the thing is that it depends upon the position how much hunted position is it and the second thing is we need to relay on others let supposed we worked on a position and we sent 10 profiles for just 1 opening and 5 of them will be shortlisted and then 2 of them will be attend interview and sometimes after shortlisting candidates refuse to accept the offer letter and sometimes he accept but he's not really willing to join there so during his notice period he searched for another job if he's isn't joined then it's completely a waste of time for a recruiter
