Hey pilots! Tricker here and I want to welcome you to my channel on combat aviation. I’m a real world pilot in the Airbus 319/320/321 series and I enjoy DCS World, Falcon BMS, Falcon 4.0, IL-2 Sturmovik, X-plane 11, and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020.
If you want to fly WWII aircraft over Normandy and the English Channel, then DCS World WWII is for you and they have plenty of aircraft to choose from such as the BF-109, FW-190, Spitfire, P-47 Thunderbolt, and P-51 Mustang. If you enjoy modern aerial combat then you want to focus more on DCS World products such as the F-16, A-10C Warthog, AH-64D Apache, F-15, F-14, JF-17, SU-27, Mirage, Mig-29, F-18 Hornet, Mi-8, Mi-24 Hind, Uh-1 Huey, Ka-50, F-5, Mig-21, AV-8b Harrier, and the F-4 Phantom. Some of the mods that are out there for DCS World are the F-22 Raptor, SU-57, A-4 Skyhawk, Rafale, and Gripen.
I enjoy other games such as Total War, Battlefield, War Thunder, Escape from Tarkov, as well as Squad.

The HAD is HUGE for SEAD. So intuitive and easy to use
Tip for attacking land based emitters... On HAD page press the threat button and only have class 1 & 2 highlighted....will shorten the HTS refresh rate to ~20 seconds

I would do SNEAD runs in the Viper (DCS). I would load at least four HARMS, two AIM 9X's on board and a center drop tank. Fricken was awesome to use the targeting pod with the F16. Target acquisition was quick and easy. Great video

Well, it's cool to use HAD on F-16 to fire HARM, however compare with F-18's launch prepare step, I think F-18 is more simple and ez to use. Nice video.
Can’t get any easier than the HTS pod, but I do enjoy SEAD in the Hornet too

That's insane what if you forget a step and the stupid thing won't fire or misses because you forgot to push 9 different buttons? It should be 1. Select Weapon
2. Turn Master Arm on
3. Lock target
4. Pull the trigger
Dont play a full realism simulator if you dont want a full simulation of a real experience.... Go play Ace Combat instead

That is basically what this is though, you open up the HAD page, select a target, and fire the missile. Not sure how much simpler you want it to be

One thing he doesnt add is you dont have to turn back into the target as long as the target is in the ring on the HAD, it will hit the target.
Quick question: is it really needed to stear in to a target if you set in to EOM?

When you press AG mode at the beginning, how do I get back to that same page after moving to a different one. Because as soon as I press SMS to go and activate a different weapon it comes up with something different. Any help? Thanks

HARM on F-16 is much better, i wish Fa-18 had the HTS too, for decreasing the guess work
I agree. That's why even though I own both the 16 and 18, I only do SEAD with the 16,it's so much nicer and fun
Whats the pros and cons of using the HARM pod compared to using the AGM88’s own seeker?
The sensor gives you a picture of all the transmitters out there that are passive, active, or actively firing on you. HTS pod is far superior but using the own seeker on Position mode has its advantages for firing at a steer point with a known SAM to protect friendlies in the area.
