Looked at this model today . They cut the price to 30k. I like it . The only question is, what's the vent above bed for? No fan just a big vent. Sales guy didn't know.
Theater seat is an option as is the hide a bed. Check out the new 2506FK model that took the place of this 2506S. I think the changes they made are excellent. I plan to do a video soon.
With an enclosed underbelly and tank heaters, this unit is better suited than many to be adapted to winter use. That being said, Rockwood doesn’t make the claim that it is a 4 season camper. They feel more comfortable calling it an “extended 3 season”camper. But if you were to properly skirt it and use a heated water hose, it could be done.
Now, if one were to live permanently inside this unit, but we have to rent out a space? Or rent out a lot? How does that work? I’m new to all of this, but I want to make the change.
If this was an actual "walkthrough" I could see the camper as I walked through it. The camera flipped from one part to another and then zoomed in so all you could see was the sink .... or the shower ... etc. Walk through the entire unit showing the layout as if I was walking . THEN go back and talk about the individual parts. Instead of giving me the parts as if it were a puzzle for me to try to visualize all these different parts and where they go in the camper.
It’s a fair criticism. My focus has always been on making a comprehensive presentation that focuses on more of the things other video walkthroughs leave out, but including a quick walk around would give more of a sense of the space. I appreciate the input and I believe this is something I’ll start to add into future videos.
Rockwood has a Caution sticker at the black tank flush. "Do not use the tank flush valve unless the tank termination valve is in the open position. Can result in an unsanitary condition leading to illness or personal injury." We did have a customer last year who left the hose running on the black tank flush, without opening the termination valve, that resulted in damage to his black tank. The vent should help relieve some of the buildup of pressure, but my understanding is that there's still a potential for damage. At the very least, bad things are going to happen if the valve is left closed for too long.
I use a zero gravity recliner. Fits fine in the kitchen and isn't in the way. Granted I travel alone with my dog. You won't get two of the recliners in there.
I'm always trying to improve. In some past videos I showed floorplans with specs at the end of videos, but I will consider adding that near the beginning. Yeah, Josh does great videos and it appears that his primary job is social media marketing for his dealership, which is awesome. He has some more advanced tech and editing for his videos, but I will try to work on the flow and camera placement. Thanks for watching!
Air is mostly nitrogen? Hmmm..just buy a can of nitrogen to fill tires..duh😅 all gasses react differently, follow up with a respiratory therapist before filling tires! 😂😂😂😂😂
The slide topper? That is to protect the slide from rain and tree debris. If you don’t have a topper, it’s recommended to clean off the top of the slide room before retracting it. Leaves and pine needles etc could interfere with the gasket’s ability to repel water.
This was the best walkthrough video I have seen yet!!!!
This is the best couples coach I've seen yet
Great floor plan! I love the forward kitchen!
Great review: skillfully done and smoothly informative. Nicely done.
Looking forward to that 2024 video. Thank you for all your hard work..
Nice RV
Sempre quis ter um destes é vai acalhar muito bem onde estou pensando até construir uma cabana casa boa de inverno... ( Maine ) .. !
We just ordered ours and we are so exited. For a small trailer and pulling with a ford ranger it was the perfect choice for us!!!
Great layout!
Great video!
I liked it
Great little trailer. I think it's a bit weak they can't make the outdoor fridge work off of 12 V as well.
I’ve always felt that way. This is something I’ve brought up to my rep over the years. But yes, overall this trailer has it where it counts.
I have this unit, with recliners instead of u-dinning option.

Question, does the TV antina also bring in the radio singnel ?
Yes it does.
Any other seating options besides booth? 😊

Is it possible to live in this permanently even in winter?

I live in Lowell and I thought about driving over to check out some of the units
I think I’m about an hour drive from you guys
@@LibraButton Yes, unless you were planning on living in your driveway.

I just don't like the location the fridge.
I have this unit and LOVE IT!
I love this one ! Wish I could find financing
If you can't pay cash, you can't afford it.
@@todd2456well said Todd.. if only the rest of America would take the advice!
I bought one...paid cash. LOVING the trailer!
Not to bad of camper for the size.
The black tank will not build pressure because it is vented. But will fill up the vent

Nitrogen molecules are larger than oxygen molecules and doesn't pass through the tire as easily
Price?
MSRP $49,800
Sell price $38,995
I would rather 2 recliners or a couch with lagune tables
You have the option for a couch that pulls out to a bed or two reclining chairs.

The air around us is 75% nitrogen. That extra 25% is really going to make a difference. LMAO
Your lungs will notice the difference.
Show a floor plan n specs First.
Next watch Josh The RV Nerd to see how he moves the camera.

It's not a bad model but the bathroom is squished and not much bedroom storage.

To much time wasted showing windows and cabinets in detail.
Video way too long😊
I appreciate the feedback, but I really appreciate that you used the correct spelling of "too".

What's the purpose of having the dawn and over top of the slide out
