Have you ever thought about mounting your single burner to that shelf so it's permanently mounted there. Turn that space into a mini kitchen pull the door open burner is ready Spatula maybe some spices mounted to the back. Bonus if it opens up when doors are shut.
Thinking a Remove Before Flight tag on a magnet would help with not forgetting the StarLink. Have it hangs down so you see it when you go to close your side doors and gets in the way of closing them.

Try some fluid film (rust prevention) in your body cavities with the body mounts after your paint/converter dries. Won't dry and won't affect the rubber. Awesome channel by the way!

I watch a lot of boat building content and think some molds and vacuum bagging could make some amazing plugs for those upper windows. Would be a fun project!
Many years ago My 4x4 had 3 levels of Horn. The original Horn on the vehicle was 2nd Level and went “BEEP BEEP”. Then I had a lower Level Horn (1st Level) which was much friendlier and went “meep meep” (think Roadrunner Cartoon). Then My 3rd Level Horn was an Air Horn and went “BLAST BLAST”, literally Levitating Vehicles off the Road from in front of Me.

I expect that scratcher that you found was being used to dig “cat holes”. My camper has an outside kitchen that was held up with a similar cable that was cut a mite too long. I added a small brass chain that hardware stores sell. I can adjust the chain length better and have more confidence in the chain. Your sick horn sounds like it has water inside.

i was thinking to by youth when you said cooking on the ground we use to cook in the ground like the Indians and dig a hole put hot coals in it ,then put your food in tin foil then put it o the coals cover it up and bake

There should be a contact adjusting screw on each horn. Turn them a bit to tune the horn.
