What a wonderful podcast, very helpful.❤ Especially after the last few years since 2020 and five close friends didn't want to talk to me anymore bc I had info from other sources, I only wanted to share and make them aware of. I never thought that someone's personal medical status could ever be a reason to ignore and exclude a friend for deccades, really..
Which led me to the stoic way of thinking, thanks in part to your channel!

    Adversity is good, it builds
    Resilience. Like the four
    seasons, we adapt to each
    Seasons. By the clothing
we wear, The same applies to our mindset. You don’t
    Question four seasons
    Because it’s always there
    The same applies to events
Circumstances or situations, The reality you’ll face. The good, bad
and ugly. It should not be
Surprise to you, but prepare ahead of time,
    Things will not always
    go right. Remember
    Don’t let your emotions
    get the best you,
    Balance emotions yes
    But don’t let it drown
    You,

Arrogance and put downs are such ugly traits you know? I like people with a good measurement of ego and humbleness.😊

Years ago, I experienced the sting of being excluded by someone I deeply valued. It felt like a personal failure, as though I wasn’t enough. Even now, when relationships become distant, I often hear that same inner voice of self-doubt. How do you turn those moments of rejection into opportunities for growth and strength? I’d love to hear your insights.
