Ford’s place” in Detroit was the route to inclusion for African Americans in the modern industrial American economy. Henry Ford’s promise of a Five Dollar Day was not tainted with discrimination; African Americans were paid a wage equal to that of whites. During the late teens, “the nameFordbecame synonymous with northern opportunity,” recalled LeRoi Jones (Amiri Baraka), inspiring hundreds of African Americans southerners to travel North with their sights set on a job at the Ford Motor Company. 😮😮😮

Incredible video, like most brilliant humans Henry didn’t like anyone telling him what to do. Dropped out of school/left the family farm/fought with his investors/clashed with his workers. Incredible though what he did with technology, sounds like he was quite the non sympathetic angry old man though.

He was not racist in any way being anti Semitic is not racist. Plus Henry Ford was a very intelligent man so many read his writings.

The Transitions are nice, but for me the music isn't working. It is too upbeat. We go from your talking, to transition music that sounds like it is building towards something.

If Henry Ford started his career not hating Swedes and 40 years later hated Swedes and blaming them for all the world's problems, the first thing people would ask is, 'what happened that made Henry Ford hate Swedes?'.

Most people who spend that much time around Swedes come to the same conclusion... Common in finance, news and Hollywood.
