Dude. I thought for a second it's only a drawing-animation hybrid. I didn't thought they would support video files as well and become a sleeper easy to use video editor. Not only that, that draggable playhead, the ability to pan, zoom, do frame by frame animations, in multi-touch. I feel like their approach to User experience and interface here is the future of video editor UIs that the whole world have been waiting for.

I hadn't even considered this app until seeing this video. I was just thinking about how I could add this kind of effect to my videos. Is it possible to 'record' strokes realtime, rather than it being frame by frame. So If I wanted to just record a letter being written, or an arrow being drawn for example? If it is, then I'm getting it as soon as it comes out.
I hope everyone getting into animation because of this realizes how big of a deal it is to be able to rotoscope over footage with whatever brush you want so easily, it used to take switching between three different programs or ridiculously expensive 3rd party plugins to be able to do any of it and it would take daaaays. So yes animation takes time, but doing that in 10 minutes vs days is incredible and getting to actually animate and see it back so quickly without all the extra nonsense getting in your way is the fun part.
What if I created a PNG video? I mean a transparent or black/green background. And can I import this into the app? And can you scale it to any size so that it doesn't lose quality?

Yea there is! I don’t think you can create your own curves yet but there are a bunch of built in ones and keep in mind that this is a relatively new app that;s probably going to have a bunch of new updates

Ugh... i would love to get my hands on this. I'm a streamer who does art exclusively on procreate. One day I'll get access early to stuff like this, i hope. LOL
They should have created the CUT by just moving fast from top to bottom, so it is super fast, this way too many click to just do a cut. Also, major things like Keyframes with Easy in/out with curves, etc. Tween fx, morph, IK, skeleton, etc. They are in the right direction by a ton of functions needs to add to this app to be professional.
Guys don’t go buying a iPod pro , it takes too long to download a video then to export takes too long . Then u need a laptop or pc to get a good quality video up on TH-cam ,
My thing is how does anyone figure out how either of these apps work with out the Internet ? The gestures and all the hidden menus and things like drag and drop between procreate tools there's no rules or tips or telling if how to do any of this blind. That's ridiculous I would have never have known had I not been up at 3:40 am scrolling through on the toilet
