Love that set. I got two from the mint back then. Both giftwrapped by the mint. One is still wrapped. At the time, it was the most I had ever paid per ounce for silver. I wasn't even thinking about getting it until my LCS wanted me to get 5 for him on my account. Excellent video on a fantastic set of Eagles. Great idea to inspect pocket change quarters. You never know...

@silversleuth007 yes, actually in the video the bullion coin shown has purple toning around about 75% of the rim and if you zoom in on the obverse of the proof coin the bottom portion has purple toning..they are coming along nicely....👍👍
@@waterthepossibilities ... On closer inspection, yes, I see the toning. Very similar to mine, I think. I remember one had a real pretty blue color coming in. So, apparently, the gift wrapping does nothing to stop toning? 🙃 I don't even remember the stars on the side of the case. lol. They are hidden pretty well, but I'm gonna have to pull them out. Maybe even unwrap the one set. Could be fun. TYVM for sharing. Wonder what the other 6 rarest Eagles are?
