It certainly is a neat idea and a great idea for multiplayer too!! I think I need a second pair to game with my son for when we go on vacation, thanks for the FOMO. 😅 Personally, I enjoy this format too!
I play multiplayer PC games with friends. How would I be able to verbally communicate with them using the Viture glasses? I plan on purchasing the Mobile Dock so I can also connect my PS5 to it to play through the glasses, and I can connect a headset to my PS5 controller to be able to communicate with my friends. But how would I do it through my Steam deck? I barely use my Steam Deck, so I don’t even know how to communicate with my friends through the deck.
Thanks for your question! If I understand correctly, for PS5, when you connect your headset you'll be able to just have the audio and voice go through your headset, and so ONLY the image goes through to the glasses (though there may be an option to also send audio but NOT voice chat). As for Steam Deck. Steam Deck has a built-in microphone which you can use to communicate that way assuming voice chat is supported in the game you're playing. Otherwise, you'd have to connect some bluetooth headset also and communicate through some other means like sideloading Discord or through the Steam friends' Voice chat.
Hi thanks for your question. The transmitter in the video is this one: amzn.to/3CKlyga (affiliate link). Though I have tested it with others and it should also work. Like this one which requires an adapter but has higher resolution: amzn.to/49bCEQ0 (affiliate link). Also to clarify, when you say "Switch" do you mean Nintendo Switch? You're correct about everything else: Two glasses HDMI Transmitter Two controllers Pro Mobile dock Thanks again for your great question.
@gamers-generation what do you mean the second one requires an adapter? Can you please specify further? Thank you. Also what's the best way to ensure I get full 120 hz without losing any features due to the limits of wireless?
@midnightprizm1583 hi friend! Thanks again for your question. So the second one which is a wireless transmitter doesn't use USB-C, so you need to use a hub/dock or an adapter forbthe HDMI transmitter and a handheld (the adapter would connect USBC and HDMI together like these amzn.to/4eX3JaW Or amzn.to/4eX7i0O I hope this makes sense, sorry I can try again to clarify further.
Well for a PS5 set up, it’s much easier (and less costly) to buy a classic USB hdmi dongle and a long HDMI cable than runs from your PS5 to it. The issue with these receivers is that you loose the 120hz…
Great comment, This is true. There are 4K60 transmitter/receivers but of course even those are unlikely to deliver 120Hz as well. This is best suited for story driven or less competitive settings. Thanks for your comment!
I haven't tried the new Xreal Air 2/2 Pro, I have heard they aren't the newest microOLED displays like the Viture Pro or RayNeo Air 2s, but I would have to buy them to confirm. Unfortunately because most of the hardware is almost entirely the same, or very similar, they have very similar limitations I think with software (like pinning not working). But I still think Viture's systems work best overall, as in there are the most options and choices. And they are still improving the Windows app, last I heard, this was not true for Xreal. Thanks always for your comment!
You do need the Pro Mobile dock for this specific set up as it's glasses agnostic as in other "hubs" won't work. If you let me know what devices you're trying to set up I can probably help with a more specific answer. Thanks for your comment!
I'm trying to find one of these that can fit on the Ally X without blocking the other usb port. This is too wide, so if you plug it in, then you can't use the other port
You're probably right that it does. But foe non competitive it's completely negligible IMO. Plus the novelty makes it fun and functional. Thanks for your comment!
Honestly, this product is really too hot and not suitable to wear on the head. It can heat up to 42 degrees or even higher in just 5 minutes. Think about the potential harm from electromagnetic waves.
Sorry that's been your experience. Before the past few weeks I would have just suggested you reach out to Viture customer service to see if they can assist you with the issues but recently I let more family members use the glasses and I do think it's quite dependent on your face shape. Some people will report more heat issues I think because their cheekbones or temples are rubbing up very closely to the temples/legs of the glasses. In that case, I might just suggest you try a different pair of glasses or use different nosepads to see if that can mitigate the issue. As for the EM radiation, can't comment on that, except I'd say it's probably less than whatever our phones, wi-fi routers, and whatever else emits, just an assumption though. Thanks for your comment.
@@Gubsygaming I've not personally felt the issue either but I've heard many say that it bothers them (not the Vitures specifically, but XR glasses in general) and so I think it might be the unfortunate case of the glasses not matching their face types. Thanks for sharing.
Definitely a winning combo - love to see it! 😎
Thanks for making the awesome Pro collection and making this possible!
Nice to see you back 🎉❤
Thank you my friend!
I own none of those gadgets but I'm here for your awesome videos!! 🎉

Happy to help, thanks so much for your comments!
Which is the model of this transmitter?
Just to be sure.. 2 glasses, mobile dock, switch and control.. do i need anything else?

Of all the AR glasses which brand had the best overall experience? I tried Xreal, the hardware was ok but software is so bad.

does both sets of glasses get shared audio as well?
Thanks for your question! They do! As long as you're connected to the mobile dock this way.
Do you need their hub or can everything work on a thrid party one?

@gamers-generation Thanks I was just doing some homework I'm thinking about getting one just checking all accessories which can work or not
I'm trying to find one of these that can fit on the Ally X without blocking the other usb port. This is too wide, so if you plug it in, then you can't use the other port
Sorry for the late reply. Can you elaborate? Do you mean a different hub, or different transmitter? Thanks for your comment!
Seems like that setup would introduce a ton of input lag.

Does any of the hardware use sd6g1? No? Pathetic.
G3x only, thx.
Whats sd6g1?
@@midnightprizm1583 Thanks for your question! Snapdragon 6 Gen 1, it's a CPU that released in 2022 as an entry level system on a chip (SoC).
@@midnightprizm1583 What @handhelsdunited said! Thanks for the questioN!
@gamers-generation oh ok, so the chips on the samsung phones. Would they be in these devices?
