T ) my answer is True. You may need to get a temporary dwelling like a travel camper van, or an apartment. Buying a home requires time and patience. If you’re on a strict timeline, go to McDonald’s and get a value meal.

The days of "Quality" home building died in the late 1950's! Today; no plastered or even blue-board interior walls, or solid doors. No cornice work on the wall-to-ceiling area. Bottom Line: Craftsmanship - men who were artists, and craftsmen are gone FOREVER!!!!
I tend to disagree and agree with that statement. With regards to production homes from major builders, we agree. Custom builds are in a completely different catagory.
