Hi Jose. North las Vega has a lot of great qualities about it. I personally believe there will continue to be more growth, especially as business continue to establish themselves in the city.
Feel free to call me if you’d like to have a conversation about areas and where to move to

Nice neighborhoods indeed. However, for those wanting to live minutes from downtown, the Strip and airport…you did not feature anything in the downtown Las Vegas area. The vintage neighborhoods of Rancho Circle, Rancho Bel Air, Alta estates, Scotch 80’s, McNeil Estates, etc are great areas as well

Yes that is a great neighborhood. I toured a home in that very community. Definitely vintage and classic

I moved to Vegas into a beautiful apt complex on Twain and Staley. After the sun went down it turned into the Walking Dead. The entire complex was filled with drug dealers, gangsters and prostitutes & at night the parking lot was full of roving groups of people on various drugs. It was a NIGHTMARE.

Well that is unfortunate. it also sounds like that apartment complex is not in the best area or side of town.

@@livinglifeinlasvegasnevada a friend of mine who was born and raised in Vegas told me it was the worst block in the entire city. That I was welcome anytime at his place, (Summerlin) but he didn't trust parking his car at my place. Beautiful during the day, nightmare at night. His place was nice, though.
