I just came to look for a house. Hard to find a smaller house in a nice location, seems like a lack of community or walkable neighborhoods. ❤ Larger houses and I think you'll be find. Rent was a joke " daily market prices" like lobster , costly add ons & they've jacked the prices from before the fires - $1200 is now 2k.

Is there any single story homes in nice areas of Vegas? (Summerlin/ Henderson Etc)Seems like it’s only town homes or multiple story homes and small patios on new builds 😕

Just curious if the new three story homes sell slower than two and single story homes in West Summerlin? I like the three story homes by Pulte Homes in the Blacktail community with the rooftop decks.

I can’t really answer this question without watching this video over again. The Master Plan for 2050 in Las Vegas is pretty amazing, 300,000+ New Residents. 500,000 + more in total housing units; and about 72 million of new square feet for new commercial space. A lot of opportunity within the next 25 years. I just might have to watch this video again.

The best thing I like about not having state income tax is that you'll never pay penalties if you don't have health insurance.

I just moved here for a job from the California Central Valley. One of the things I'm excited for is no fog. The valley gets some bad fog and stays gloomy for weeks at a time. Oh and the freedom; California is so restrictive in terms of personal freedoms.

We lived in different parts of the mainland for 16 years (East Coast). We are staying in Las Vegas for a 6 figure jobs and closer to Hawaii. Per statistic/study a single person must make at least $48.00 an hour to live comfortably in Las Vegas. Attractions and Entertainment costs money. We are moving back to Hawaii when we retire 😊🙏
