Thank you. This video literally saved my life. You allowed me to hear metal in all it's glory by just hearing the guitar parts. This was just after my dad's death (which almost crushed me). Two years later, I have listened to a LOT of metal songs and enjoyed them way more than before when I was just listening to the vocals. This led to me being inspired to play guitar and focus my life on music (one year passed since I picked up electric and now I can play all the riffs here and way more). Playing guitar led to me becoming more disciplined, stabilizing my mental health and discovering my music talent and passion. I'm 17 and I finally know what to do with my life, all because the video popped up on TH-cam and I decided to click it.
Considering I grew up on the entire list, I would say you nailed this list and played this effortlessly A+ Also we can tell which are your favorites are with your body language :)

This how lists are supposed to be done ladies and gentlemen. Just getting straight into it. No fluffy intros about how or why you made this list or why are songs in this order or in no particular order. And no stupid outros either. TBH, apart from the music, that was the most metal thing about this video. Well done mate!
That seamless transition between songs, its awesome

“HELL YES”
That transition from Enter Sandman to Symphony of Destruction is chefs kiss
When they ask me about my favourite music, I'll show them this video. Proper introduction.
Better than watch mojo
WatchMojo isn't a Metal channel but ok
Austin Madore
I don't think you even know the right context for a "swooosh"
There is something worse than watch mojo?

Jyggalag I know there not metal I’m just saying cause all there list suck. Well 98 precent of them
I’m kinda proud that now that I’m getting into metal a lot more I can recognise half of the songs here :D
Metal is great. I remember when I first got into it, I wish I could get back into it all over again and discover the same songs lol
That's totally me too, right now. At first I would've known maybe 4-5 of the songs and at least have _heard_ of most of the bands, but then I did some classic heavy-metal research and now I know practically all of them. :)
i come back to this vid every so often to see how many I can recognise, I feels great when I can recognise almost all
rock is great too
@@Adam-mn1bh how do I get into metal like know everything I could about it I’m getting into it and discovering bands and songs but like I really wanna know everything about it and all the great bands any advice?
I argue that this guy is the best Guitarist on TH-cam. He should do full covers of classics.
3:38 is anybody gonna talk about that transition from Raining Blood to Madhouse
oliverr FOR REAL BRO
oliverr ALSO! The transition from Master of Puppets to Princess of the Night then to Painkiller was 🔥 too
"Black Sabbath" from the album "Black Sabbath."

Close...they Metallica made an album titled Metallica but not a song
@@panther_4_life227 i never knew if that album is called "the black album" or just "metallica"
@@svenmilicic6802 it is called both, depending on who you ask

Made me want to go listen to each of these songs individually. Well done. And props for oddballs like Saxon and Helloween. I don't think 90% of people would have considered them for the list.
You make Michi Kiske sad. Helloween is awesome.
