I think I need to start a lawn and garden service in Lagos so we can enlighten developers on the importance of lawn and garden "Oxygen and shade". Lagos lacks in that category. I am still wondering whether it's illegal to grow grass or trees in Lagos. Lawn just means you will save money on cement and make the neighborhood green. I can't shout.

What about water supply source? Borehole or what? What about power? Is it 24 hours or does it need a private generator? Security? Shopping? Attractions around? These are points missing if you want to attract people living overseas. Please address these issues
The price to me is reasonable, this type of home will cost about $500k in the jungle of Ghana. Nigeria is more affordable than Ghana, only issue in Niger is SECURITY

The utensil at island is ok, but the extractor is too high to get the job done. Outside, there's no green at all, no trees. The windows are of low quality. The cameraman is good in the job, he deceives the viewers optical illusions. That house is not big enough to cost that amount. The price will scare people that really want to buy.
