One really old enchantment I think would be worth trying with Inferno is Chaos Moon. A weird modal Gauntlet of Might that can toggle Inferno's power up and down

I like all the equipment. Moving equipment on and off of the big guy is probably the best way to get multiple triggers of the 20 damage.
