I am no longer able to hike and enjoyed vicariously your Everest hike. Off to watch an Australian hike; subscribed.

What happened to you buddy? I should film some of my hikes so I can bring you along in a virtual sense.

@@thegorn late stage COPD; luckily I live very rurally (western Canada, on a ranch) so still enjoy nature but what I'd give for a good hike. Yes, film hikes!

Michael Douglas said, “Greed is good,” and the world bought it hook, line and sinker.

I support my local hiking shops esp locally made and owned here in tas example...find your feet or mountain creek outdoors...i try to stay away from big branded places like paddy pallin
..macpac is ok but still it has clothes not hiking gear....you get good deals with locals who know you and its not overpriced....its just common sense really of it all comes down to it 😊

This is why I unfollow any hobbyist if they say they are going full time on TH-cam. I just know they are selling out and then I can’t trust their content any more.

I know that I would want to work with certain brands that I currently use and already recommend for nothing, but people just go where the money is and put their word behind gear they’ve probably never used. It’s a shame.
