Yes we are. People always bring up Antarctica like it's a good point, it isn't. The reason Antarctica doesn't have millions of people is because it's illegal. The Antarctic treaty prohibits any industrialization of the continent. Any country that tries anything would be ostracized and sanctioned into oblivion.
