Another trick I found to get to those banjo bolts on the K24 instead of grinding down a spanner, you can cut a slot in the top of the bolt for a big screwdriver. Then use a long series flat head screw driver bit for the socket rachet.

Hello hope you are well? I have a quick question, regarding your crankcase breather system did you do it yourself if so which parts did you use? I pulled my engine and broke it off and could use some insight haha thank you for your time!
Hi, I did make it myself. I used the central valve from the breather system and then used 3/4 inch hose to run to the valve covers and crankcase vent. I also cut off the connectors from the old assembly and use them on the new hose. I also deleted the f hose. sorry it is hard to explain in text lol. Also it’s for sale if you want it since I won’t be using it anymore. just $10 and shipping.

Nice job. Did you silicon the gasket to the turbo for the oil return line? I couldn't tell. If so, here's a tip. When you silicon gaskets in place, always put the silicon on the part that is removable. In that case, the oil line. It's much easier to scrape it off the line them the turbo, on the case it needs to be replaced. A better example of this would be water pumps that take paper gaskets. Ive spent hours scraping om blocks because someone glued the gasket to the block and not the pump. Just makes life easier for whoever removes it. That person could be you.
Hey man thanks for the tip. I actually just dab a bit of oil which helped the gasket adhere and stay in place while I attached the oil return. What you said about the silicon makes a whole lot of sense though and I’ll make sure to keep that tip for the future.

Hi, are you using a JHM flange adapter between the turbo and downpipe? When using the adapter would I need to use a flange gasket on both sides of the adapter?
I do not run the flange adapter. My downpipes have the universal ko4 and rs6 flange in them. If you did I would definitely recommend running the gasket on both ends
nice channel... sorry for the engine, i just saw the first video... quick question, those turbos works on stock k03 downpipes ? were the turbos too hard to adapt on the s4 ? subscribed man.
Ale V8 Thanks! For these turbos you’ll need downpipes with an rs6 flange. Most new downpipes for this car come with a universal flange that will fit the k24/rs6 turbos and a k03/k04’s as well. And these are a direct bolt on for the 2.7t. All you need is new downpipes and new inlets. And maybe a built motor or a very conservative tune 🤣
