To make a short story longer.. I will definitely watch it, and I will probably like it... But that still doesn't change the fact that they are making a mistake... They should have released the prequel before New Blood. Or they should have kept New Blood going for a bit and then made the prequel... Oh well🤷♂️... Let's she what they got in store for us!!

They need to RETCON season 5-NB and start over from the end of Season 4. Season 7 was pretty good though, so they can leave that alone and tie everything else around it.

Noooo!!!... I'm so torn about this.. Dexter is my favorite show, and I have watched every episode around ten times despite its horrible ending!... Finally, after 9 years, Newblood came along and gave us some closure... Or so we thought!!... New bloods season finally was just as bad as the fist one, maybe even worse... The reason I am torn is because despite ruining the end of Dexter, they did a pretty good job with New Blood (except for the ending). For 8 episodes they redeemed themselves for what they did to us 10 years earlier, just to go ahead and do it all over again 😡.. Ok fine, you killed of dexter... But now you have us wondering what will happen to Harrison. Does he keep on killing? Does he live a normal life? Does he see his dad (dark passenger) just like his dad saw harry?!?!.. I had always wanted a prequel to dexter, but after first season of New Blood, I wish they would have kept going with New Blood for a few more years, ended the series, and then make the prequel. ... Even better, they should have never made New Blood and just straight to the prequel!!
A prequel is so stupid. We already have that with all the flashbacks and we know the main characters won’t die. So pointless. Cancel now!

@@anonyme14723 mostly definitely man theirs no point in a new harry actor I mean James remar still looks the same today but just a little bit aged up also harry died when Dexter was literally 20 years old so what’s the point of bringing him back especially with a new actor that looks nothing like him the new Dexter is more pale and looks nothing at all like Dexter I can feel the awkwardness and the cringe setting the actor is gonna give for Dexter the only good cast they have is Maria and why they adding in these random ass characters for?
@@Stoicdexter they are just killing dexter they have already made two much Season (6-8 who are pretty horrible imo) i didnt watched New blood but soon i'm gonna watch it what did you think about New blood? And yeah i agree and i dont see the point of a prequel and even less without Michael c hall and the casting look pretty lame so they are just destroying this great show. I'll wait and see but i'm not very optimistic

new blood was a disappointment it was getting good until the finale episode Harrison decided to take the high road out of nowhere and decided to shoot Dexter after he stupidly killed his wrestling coach after all the killing Dexter done Harrison chose this specific moment to gun down Dexter Dexter deserved a better ending not to be gunned down by his own cry baby son Harrison in this show was quite annoying and irritating he has these weird tantrums whenever Dexter tries to be a father to him and make up for his mistakes for abandoning him I get that he feels anger towards him because it turned out he was alive all along and left him in the care of Hannah but he always has to lash out for the dumbest reasons Dexter in this show is a depressed bipolar doppelgänger he literally does things the old Dexter wouldn’t do and him getting caught by small town cops was really bizarre of him since he’s been able to avoid getting caught by the FBI and keep his secret for almost more than a decade and him killing a cop just for him to escape and be killed by his son is so dumb I really hope they don’t go forward with this Harrison sequel it will be a disaster and they will milk the franchise to the ground they should just leave it alone we don’t want a drug addict Dexter knock off with serious anger issues and weird turn ons of killing trinity you will see for yourself when you watch new blood it’s a disaster
