Nice, how much extra are those porcelain floor tiles? Also, HOA is running more than Riverland? Are they paying into Tradition as they have a stop on the automated bus route?
Porcelain tiles are an upgrade. The reason Hoa is higher than Riverland is because Tolaro did not buy the CDD tax. In Riverland there is NO CDD bond they paid for it already
@@viadharmawheel you would think that but remember real estate is supply and demand. Talent Mattamy Homes knows its a sellers market with very little inventory. We are all at the builders mercy. Real Talk.
@@jonathanbjhayes-portstluci328 True, but it is all about the monthly payment whether or not you pay cash. Look at Del Webb, priced lower as it has CDD and less standard features (no concrete tile roof, etc.).
@@viadharmawheel I totally agree with you. Unfortunately the builder sets the price and there is nothing me or you can do to change it. All we can do is exercise our right to buy from Talero or purchase at Del Webb or just continue to window shop until we get the house, value and purchase price we want.
❤👍
Thanks for the love

@@jonathanbjhayes-portstluci328 Ok, so should result in a relatively slightly lower purchase price at Telaro (versus Riverland) because of the same?
