I heard the cable service is terrible

I’ve heard Bluestream service can have problems and their customer service is not good. Not so much a problem with just Tradition, but so many South Florida HOA’s, Condos, and Apartment Complexes have an exclusive partnership with them which doesn’t leave residents with another option.

How much are the HOA fees ? Are there any CDD fees?

So there is currently a $191 a month Master Association fee across every community in Tradition. Then each community has their own separate HOA fee for living and accessing their amenities behind their gates. And there are CDD fees as well that are handled differently in each community. Usually it’s based on the size of the lot and house, and can either be a monthly, quarterly, or yearly fee or added to your yearly tax bill. Hope this helps and if you have a specific community in mind or want to run through options, reach out and I can get you an updated breakdown of all the fees.
