- In this tutorial, I edit a portrait image in RAW DNG format in the Snapseed app. Snapseed has a dedicated Develop menu when editing RAW files. With other powerful tools like Selective filters and Curves with masking, lot of details can be recovered. Color grading is done using free features in the Lightroom app.

To practice the editing I usually use deleted pics or garbage pics when I started I was think through this pic I will not get anything amazing but after completing it with some additional editing it ...and the transformation is amazing..😍😍😍 I haven't expected the outcome will be like this if there is any pic upload option I will definitely put it over here....today I realized my recycle bin is full of gold😍😍😍 thanks sir

Nope...even if you have a nice pic you need to know how to edit...
It just doesn't happen in 10 min as shown in the video. I normally take a lot of time to get a desired look, fine tune it, and follow the same steps again for the video. So take your own time to get what you like, it will be worth it.

Honestly i take some time to subscribe to a channel..But for @NavEdits , it took me 2 min!of last week's vedio.I got it by recommendation..Not many creators use snapchats to edit.. love it and iam not nervous on using curves anymore..💗💗

Thanks! I use Lightroom mainly for HSL sliders for individual color tuning. Other than that, Snapseed should suffice.

Develop menu is only available when editing RAW files with .dng format. The menu is not available when editing jpeg files.

Have you updated Lightroom app? The option should be there in the latest version

Hi, I am trying to practice editing the photo you provided, but I do not have the Develop Raw tool on that left corner or anywhere on the app. I only see Tune Image tool. Can you tell me how to fix this issue ? I am stuck and cannot start editing without this step. Please help
If you have downloaded the file from the link provided, it's a raw file with dng extension and you should be able to find Develop menu. Normally if it's not a raw file, you only see Tune Image menu option.
Your voice is very similar to the TH-camr "India in motion" He is a great storyteller and an amazing videographer and on the other hand, you are an amazing photographer and a wizard in editing.

Where is the developer option in snapseed? I have download your photo by brave browser, but it coverts automatically to jpeg image....how to get your raw image?
How do you get raw files on phone. Does iphone let you download raw files?
Not sure if iPhone natively supports shooting in RAW format. You could try third party camera apps which could support shooting in RAW.

Still not able to achieve a good edited photo unlike you....still doubt which tool to use first, how much to brighten, contrast, etc...so I decided to give up. Can't understand when to use which tool

you do need a raw photo first to have this option in snapseed. import a raw photo first to make this option appear.
Anyone pls send me the apk link to download Lightroom app. On mine there is no color grading options 😢
If you don't have that option, you can just use Split Tone in Effects menu, works similarly. They removed Split Tone tool and replaced with Grading in the new version with a couple more options.
Edit: If you have the latest version (6.0) from Play store installed, the Grading option should be there.

You can use picsart if you want to edit it on your mobile phone or as sir says snapseed is also a great app for editing.
