Been watching Marlolineand doing Pilates well over 20 years. Just got my 2nd 5 cord machine and absolutely love it! Pilates has reshaped my entire body and do these exercises along with several others every day.
Hi there. I tore my rotator cuff 11 months, it is much improved, but still sore at the top of shoulder and painful at time when pushing downwards, or lifting something straight upwards? I have just bought this reformer and wanted to know if you could recommend some good exercises specifically for helping to heal, repair and strengthen the rotator cuff please? 🙏 Have great day and thank you for the videos, great instruction and teaching! Sorry i didn’t see this! The side sitting arms on very light cords focus on the rotator pecs and shoulders. Let me know if you need more info
