    Killer, and just what I needed! Sweating, heart rate up, legs worked~just getting back to a rebound regimen and wanted a challenge that will help me lose weight~this was great! Going to strive to do it 3 times a week for now with other workouts in between. Tks.

    Thanks for this rebounder workout! I really felt my abs! I'm going to try harder at doing the aeropilates rebounding for my cardio workouts😊

    Hi. I have one of the old areo pilates machine with 4 black cords. i am wanting to use it more. Can you tell me the black cords to the coloured ones. when you say one red and one black, how many blacks would i use?

      Black is 1
      Red is 2
      Yellow is 1/2

    I want to buy this Reformer style you have! Does it have 4 or 5 springs? I like the larger rebounder too. Thank you

      it’s a four cord model upgraded with a red and a yellow cord. Have a look at 700 and 701 premier models on staminaproducts.com website.

      I like to do 10 to 12 reps for each exercise, but you can do more.

    Wondering what I'm doing wrong when I'm rebounder I get a shoulder ache?

      Relax your neck and shoulders, I regularly lift to lengthen my neck and push my hands away to relax my shoulders
