Hi. I have one of the old areo pilates machine with 4 black cords. i am wanting to use it more. Can you tell me the black cords to the coloured ones. when you say one red and one black, how many blacks would i use?

Thanks for this rebounder workout! I really felt my abs! I'm going to try harder at doing the aeropilates rebounding for my cardio workouts😊

Black is 1
Red is 2
Yellow is 1/2

I like to do 10 to 12 reps for each exercise, but you can do more.
