    Thank you for the help. Since the customer has not reached the cart yet I would assume this is targeting people who have either provided their email in opt in process or are existing customers? Or is it just those who have opt in and have not purchased yet?
    Also - do you only recommend 2 emails for this browse abandonment flow?

      "this is targeting people who have either provided their email in opt in process" - Yep. "existing customers" - Yep. "have opt in and have not purchased yet" - Yep. "Also - do you only recommend 2 emails for this browse abandonment flow?" - beyond 2 it depends on the brand so I can't make a general recommendation, but there's nothing wrong with trying more.

    Now example, I have done the store and also did the browse abandonment. If now a unknow/new costumer come to my store without ever sign up their email or without even get a email sign up, will the browse abandonment still work without ever get the costumer email or not?

    Hey, how can i add coupon embed code in browse abandoned CTA? I can't find any Code rather i found code for abandoned cart, but how to do the same in browse abandoned like when someone click on the button will go to the product he viewed and then if he clicks on Buy now so discount code will automatically added into the cart. Please help.

      Hi Zawar, it’s most likely an issue for your specific Shopify theme; reach out the the theme developer, in my experience they are incredibly generous and helpful.
