      Hi Stephanie, in our agency work, we work with clients using a lot of different platforms - Shopify makes up only about 50%. Shopify does take advantage of 100% of Klaviyo's features. Which ecomm platform are you using and then I can let you know which features will be available?

    Great video - thanks for the content! Just to confirm, around the ~8-9 min mark, if a user were to leave their email, and then bounce out of the pop-up without inserting their phone number, would the email address still get collected? Thank you!

    Hi! Is it possible to set up a SMS text to be sent after a package has been delivered?

      Hi there, yes you definitely can, but you need to set up a trigger so that Klaviyo is aware that the package is delivered. The most common way to do this is to use AfterShip, and integrate with Klaviyo, then you can use the event from AfterShip as the trigger for the text message,

    Klaviyo isn't available in Europe right?

      It is available, but sms is only available in the uk 🇬🇧 right now, but yeah Klaviyo email is available and they have GDPR compliance tools built in.

    Hello, Thanks so much for the video, very helpful! Just wondering what you mean by entity for Australian receivers? Does this mean you need to have an Australian phone number to send from? Could this be a pre-paid number from an Australian telecom?

      Hi there, no it will be sent "from" a word, not a number. Like if you brand is Myer, the text message will literally be from "Myer" to the customer.

    for the privacy policy and terms of service do I need to add something to them to be able to collect phone numbers? If so what do I write?

    Hey, I wanted to ask. My customers are from all over the world. Not just the 4 counties you mentioned Klaviyo supports. So say if someone is from Turkey, will klaviyo still give them the opportunity to enter their email or will it just not show them because they are from another country. Hope that makes sense!

      Hi Ammaarah, great question! So Klaviyo supports all countries for Email and SMS *collection*. You can send emails to anyone anywhere. You can only *send* SMS to the 4 countries mentioned. If they live in another country, they can still enter their details, the only thing that will affect them is that they won’t receive SMS messages from you.

    In the welcome series, you put a conditional split if someone subscribes to emails, he will receive welcome email#1, If someone subscribe to SMS, he will receive SMS#1 [RIGHT]
    What if someone subscribe both, then he will receive welcome#1 message twice, One for email & one for SMS, isn't it ?
    Dont you think its annoying a person get an Welcome#1 email & after few hours he receive same message in SMS box
