I liked the move too. Takes guts to throw it out there and you know there are plenty of dudes being held back by that in the mind that are gonna hear that and take it to heart. If all of our elders talked about there weaknesses we wouldn’t look at them as weaknesses.

Hated facing the jets under Rex. They played SUCH GOOD DEFENSE. My worst memory for years as a chargers fan was a wide right field goal by Nate Kaeding smh…. You are able to extract the realness out of coaches and players alike, speaking their language and getting them so comfortable to really just unwind and be vulnerable. This is what sports media cannot do; humanize the people and personalities behind the business, fanfare, and high production of the league. Much respect 🫡

First time I've checked this pod out because I like Rex, and I have to say, you have at least twice as many built in commercials as I'm used to seeing on a pod. I only see the built in ads so I'm not counting YT's ads. It's a good pod otherwise but it feels like there are a lot of "here's our sponsor(s)" breaks in the conversation, which was a real good one to be honest.

He's right about that "Spartan" package. I barely played but was the key receiver in the "Shake Em In" package, 30+ years ago and still remember it. Thanks, coaches

Great Great interview. As a Ravens fan we have had some excellent defenses. I have always felt that Rex is the greatest d coordinator of all time. I would love for him to come back. When Billick left I wanted Rex as head coach. Much respect
