I think I have the very best method of studying. Record yourself saying the term and the meaning, then listen to yourself throughout the day. You get use to yourself speaking in this new language. It comes so natural. I also have the slowest method of watching each of the videos, and taking notes, and rewinding as much As I need to. MY pace works for me.

Omg I recently decided to start looking into getting my Real Estate License and I am so GREEN! I did not know where to start did a ton of research for books and youtube guidance videos and I thought to myself I should start with the Terminology so that is where I'm currently at, I've made flash cards and read my terminology every day at work well I read what I can, this video has given me relief. I know I'm not gonna get all the terminology and every single word memorized in this very moment but at least things that I'm reading as I go will start to make sense and come together. It's a start, and you have made me feel a bit more comfortable with where I am starting. I've always been a person who doesn't "need" to study - I passed my state board of cosmetology the first try with minimal studying. But I've always been a person to focus on vocabulary......I think this might have been what helped me my whole life! Starting to prep for my exams now 🙌🏼

Thats happened to me. I started about a week ago and im only on unit three. I hate reading, its so boring. I feel like im burned out already. My wife asked me a couple questions out of the book and I cant tell her what they mean.

I did maybe a little test question prep but with test questions you don’t want to create an association to a “wrong answer “ .. so I focused on understanding the vocabulary better . ( I’d write out the words / watch videos/ I prefer animated videos .. I watched the prep agent videos and “Kelly’s Take” for NC specific

I promise you guys Prep Agent is THE reason I passed my Texas Real estate exam. Just buy the course and and take the Vocal, national, and state practice exams OVER AND OVER again until you are getting at least 85%-90% easily. The national exam is LITERALLY just like the Prep agent practice test. I promise just doing the practice test alone will help. And I only did this for a week leading up to your test. Don't overstudy just take practice test. I Literally became an agent in 2 months total. From start to finish. I finished RealEstate express Texas 180 hours in about a month and had to schedule my exam far out because it was only available certain days so I could have gotten it sooner. I am now licensed and sponsored and already have deals Im going to start closing on. You can do this! Listen to Joe and pass. Buy the pep agent course!!!!
@@SwoloQ No I didn't actually! My best advice is for you to do the Vocal test, Master national test, and your state test and you will be fine. Don't even worry about math or anything else. Do those test on repeat until you're getting 80% and up

@@SwoloQ Yes I meant Vocab sorry for the typo!! And yeah there is so much info that it can be overwhelming! This really helped me because it allowed me to focus in on things that I knew were going to be on the test. You have more than enough time since your test is on Monday. Just spend a couple of hours a day doing those three, (do the practice test in groups of 30 questions each time) and you will KILL the test. I promise you pass on the first try. what state are you taking?
To me, just memorizing doesn’t work; I always seem to need a scenario to learn them. I learned a lot more while taking my practice exams. I learned my mistakes and understand the questions and the correct answers, and why the it’s correct answer. Now it’s easier for me to read through my vocabulary notes and say “I know that!”. However, I’m still very nervous! 😭

I just want to say I watched one of your vids right before my exam & you stated DON’T second guess your answers and my mom said too. I took my test & just felt good about it, at the end I went back through & changed some of my answers and FAILED 😭😭😭 as soon as I started changing my answers I knew I failed smh. It’s cool tho THIRD times the charm & I will pass with no second guessing what I already know again.
Passed my MD state on the first try the other day and failed national twice this week. With my last try, I failed the national by five points-so annoying.😫
