this is called safe mode! activated when you have a problem in the gearbox that computer put automatically the gears in the first gear that you can take your car to the dealership.
Its not limp mode. What it is is a bad transmission shift solenoid not allowing it to shift out of 1st gear. I just replaced solenoids on the 6 speed dsg earlier. Limp mode allows up to second gear but as u can see he cant even get into second gear
I have 1 problem if i put in the 5th or 6 th my gearbox is going down to 3 and i can t change the speed i need to stop the car and to torn off and to start again.what is the problem
@@enzodelahaye8589 faut changer le mechatronic dans le meilleur des cas, dans le pire c’est l’embrayage à changer aussi ( si véhicule bcp kilométrés alors volant moteur a refaire ) en gros tu vas payer un max 4500€-5000€
That is just stupid to say dont buy a car with DSG. Who knows what kind of old high mileage non maintained crap you bought and your telling peope not to buy a car with DSG... DSG s are really good gearboxes if maintained how they should be...

Mine doesn't work in reverse and skips 2nd and 4th gear

Nu schimbi mecatronicul ci il reconditionezi ca poti lua unul sh mai futut ca al tau.... costa 250 euro .

Gone be the clutch control solenoids. They the long ones. There’s a solenoid for each plate
