バルブシートから作る人、、、
液体窒素で入れたりはしますが、、
作る人は初めて見た！
褒め言葉です。本当に尊敬します！
次回も楽しみにしております😊
使ってるバルブがGY6用の物なので対応するバルブシートも探しましたが発見できなかったので作りました。
小型のエンジンの場合にはバルブシートを打ち換えるよりヘッドを交換する方向に成ってしまうみたいですね。
焼き嵌めと冷やし嵌めの複合 奥が深いｗ
上手くいったようで何より
いろんなサービスがあるんですね
液体窒素が使えれば最高ですが、ドライアイスでも冷凍庫より大分良いです。

個人でエンジン制作は小物ではよくありますが実働の大きいエンジンを作った人は世界初になるのかもしれませんね
やってる事は非常に高度なのに、昭和の香りがプンプン漂う電熱コンロが現役で使われているレトロ感、イイですね。
シリンダーヘッドの加熱にハイクックガスを使用したほうが実用的ではないでしょうか🙂☺️

question: why did you decide on using brass over hardened valve seats? not mad just curious ;p
The material of the valve seat is phosphor bronze, not brass.

can you explain why you used of phosphor bronze instead of using hardened seats?
Obviously you’re not asking me but a quick google says bronze lasts longer and dissipates heat more efficiently than steel. NASCAR and Indy car use beryllium copper seats for this purpose.
I’m also interested in the answer, maybe it’s easier to machine the bronze with the inserts he has.
